Agility

Agility is fun for the owner and for the dog. During running the obstacle course, I completly relax and focus on my dogs. I don't know, what they think, but as I can see the enjoy running, too. Both of them Lola and Arki.
Lola started her agility carrier after finishing basic obedience course. Her exam results were excellent and after that we started with agility training. She jumps and run around with me and obeys all orders. Soon she found out, she was not on the leash and she also discovers the beauty of A frame. If you don't know, the view from the top of A frame must be marvelous, especially for a small sized dog. So Lola decided to stay on the top. However out trainer was not so happy with her idea and once when Lola enjoy the view again, she slightly hits her buttock. Such a mistake. Our trainer becomes our No. 1 enemy for months. Even now, when Lola doesn't like to go weave pools and prefers to smell around she looks back at our trainer and pretend not to go because of her.
We started competing in A1 mini class in 1998. Till now we achieved a lot of excellent marks, third, second and first places. Lola even managed to finish 2000 season on third place for national championship.
There is quite a different story with Arki. He reacts on the obstacle course completely different as Lola. While he was living with my mother, he didn't visit obedience course and was very spoilt little fellow. He is fast, impulsive and enthusiastic. While I know what to expect from Lola, he surprises me all the times. I have to run very fast with him, while when I'm not fast enough he jumps obstacles in his own way and finishes his trip by reaching other doggy fellows. He started to compete in 2000, passed all exams in A1 mini and now we are ready for entering A2 mini.
